1. We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy for products purchased at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Only exchange requests will be accepted for products purchased during sales or at discounted prices.

2. Refunds for prepaid orders will be directly initiated to the source account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive a Cashgram link via SMS/email, which you can use to redeem the refund.
